Michael Jordan had one. Steve Jobs had one. Oprah Winfrey had one. Jack Hughman had one. They all share one thing in common; they had a coach or a mentor. The talent is there. A coach helps sharpen your focus, strengthen where you need development, and bring accountability to your goal.
Do YOU need a coach?
You are already successful but the most successful people realize that they need a coach to move to the next level. You are ready.

~ What People are Saying ~
Rhondra O. Willis, Ph.D. is personally known to have dedicated herself through much academic preparation to reach this pinnacle point in her professional career. Why? For the sole purpose of assisting her students, her clients, and her colleagues to strive relentlessly at achieving greater goals too than most would have thought possible on their own. As a close friend, and beneficiary of said services, I am both honored and proud to speak about Rhondra.
Much like the Coach of an already talented—but winless— team, “Coach” Willis has found that unique approach for inspiring people to discover latent inner abilities that enable them to not just excel but to soar! Rhondra converts dreams into realities through effective Coaching and Self-development.
As a Counselor/Entrepreneur, Rhondra’s innate visionary skills were invaluable to me in charting the course for my business startup and development. Countless ideas and questions, no matter how farfetched or harebrained, were genuinely considered and discussed before either being trashed or more closely evaluated for inclusion in my business model.
In my strong opinion, if you are considering Rhondra as an Advisor, Counselor, or Coach for the further development of your organization—you couldn’t have crossed paths with a more qualified individual!

I am the advisor of Sisters In Action Organization and volunteer SISTA facilitator for Vision Leadership Institute. I was introduced to VLI by my mother in March of 1996 and has definitely been a pleasure.
Rhondra Willis, Demar Roberts and the entire VLI family have been an inspiration to me. Upon meeting them, it was evident that God had given them a vision and they had set goals to carry it out. Working with VLI has given me the drive that I need to carry out the vision that God has given me.
As long as I am allowed, I will continue working with VLI.

As Director of Behavioral Assessment, Inc. I have worked as Mentor to VLI for the the past year and a half and see the work of Dr. Willis and the VLI staff as being of the highest quality and integrity toward serving youth in Columbia and the surrounding areas.
VLI is committed to youth leadership development and strives to engage youth who otherwise would have little or no opportunity for positive growth and career development. The VLI Director, Dr. Rhondra Willis has demonstrated tireless leadership in developing programs for youth, mentoring young Black leaders, and managing large federal and local contracts.
The Director strives to bring leadership opportunities to youth and their families, and in my estimation has grown VLI into a viable and dedicated youth serving organization."

It has been a decade since I was inspired by Dr. Rhondra O. Willis to start TyJasKey Academic Enrichment and Mentoring Center, a nonprofit organization in Columbia, South Carolina. After attending an event that Coach Willis and Vision Leadership Institute sponsored, I was encouraged to step out on Faith and do what The Lord planned for me.
As Coach Willis mentored me she introduced me to my platform which confirmed my purpose in the community for all youth. I appreciate the professionalism of Coach Willis and her positive positive attitude. She truly deserves a rating of a Perfect and that’s hard to come by these days.
As a mentee of Dr Rhondra Willis, I had the opportunity to mentor and supported many young people over the past ten years.
Thanks for the Love you always give.

I am blessed to have had the pleasure of coming into contact with VLI . My greatest experience was given the opportunity to receive S.I.S.T.A. training.
S.I.S.T.A. has broadened my horizons and given me the opportunity through VLI to empower young black females with the education and prevention of HIV/AIDS.It was very thrilling to be a facilitator for VLI at Victory Tabernacle and at SCSU. I am now unstoppable.
VLI has a wonderful friendly and caring staff and I could not have prayed for a better group of people to work with... VLI has given me an opportunity I would never had gotten and for that I can never repay but I do say “thanks” and will work hard to continue to provide prevention and spread the word. I had the great pleasure of meeting the Board Members and dining with them which was a great experience. I look forward to a long continuing partnership with VLI as I know no other can compare.
Keep up the good work that you do.

My experience with working with Vision Leadership Institute has been wonderful! We worked with VLI to test a new online evaluation tool, VPEC, to collect data for the SISTA Project (c).
The staff was professional and effectively implemented VPEC without difficulty.
